Every project is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between our clients and ourselves. In our portfolio, you will find homes filled with fresh and colorful self-expression, thoughtful functionality, classic roots, and a commitment to enduring quality.

A Portfolio of Uniquely Personal Homes

After living in their idyllic neighborhood for 20 years, this couple chose to renovate their dated home’s entire first floor rather than leave their dear friends. We drafted an entirely new floor plan, moved the kitchen to the opposite side of the home, created open flow throughout the common areas, added a bathroom, furnished the home, and much more. It’s now a place where they love to relax and enjoy good company.

Purchased as a getaway for her busy family and friends, this Ocean Isle beach home was eager for an update. We refinished kitchen cabinetry, added an elegant new backsplash, and installed crisp quartz countertops. The living room received beautiful furnishings and a new shiplap fireplace, alongside custom built-in seating, storage, and a mini wine bar. New bath vanities, statement lighting, and fresh colors further transformed this home away from home.

“Rochelle is fantastic at her craft! Her professionalism and knowledge of the industry are impressive to say the least. We wanted a coastal themed home, and we are thrilled with how it has turned out!”

This family of seven had just moved into a builder-beige home with great features but little personality. We ramped up the spaces with bold yet soothing color: deep-sea navy on the fireplace and built-ins, cerulean blue dining room cabinets, powder blue wallpaper in the bathroom, a sunny yellow laundry room, eye-catching art, and custom window treatments in a variety of patterns. Now our clients say it’s “the best place we’ve ever lived!”

You don't often find a mid-century home on the intracoastal waterway, but my clients found this gem with a superb lot and boating dock. We wanted to keep the charm, but lighten and brighten the interior and exterior. It is now an inviting oasis in a beautiful setting!

“Rochelle has the great ability to see the potential of a space and to make it aesthetically beautiful as well as functional. I cannot be more pleased with the job she has done for my home!”

With the daily hassle of a poorly functioning kitchen and living spaces crammed with kids’ toys, this family hired us to design an entirely new first floor. We created an open concept floor plan, by removing a wall and swapping the kitchen and dining room locations. Then, we specified every detail, from stunning stone countertops to the marble backsplash and custom range, to statement lighting, and a built-in wine rack.

A professional couple from Boston built their soon-to-be-retirement home and were ready to swap builder beige for something more personal. We used bold wallpapers, rich cabinet paint and luxurious custom-designed window coverings to create a layered, comfortable feel in every room.

Recently widowed, this third-time client’s new home was dark and not at all to her tastes or emotional wellbeing. To help her cast a new, brighter vision for the space, we designed a new fireplace, painted the kitchen cabinets, installed quartz countertops, and specified lighthearted wallpaper patterns for the powder room, dining room, bedroom, and primary bathroom. All new furniture and pops of her favorite colors make this a home to smile about.

These on-the-go parents were eager for an elevated and personalized home that would support their active daily lifestyle. To help them keep up with the kids, we created a colorful kids' “office space” for crafts, games and school work, along with an adult office for Mom & Dad and a kids' playroom to corral toys. The dining room was reclaimed for family dinners with a keeping room where everyone can sit and talk to the cook.

This charming Sunset Beach cottage was originally lost in a sea of bold colors gone awry. The family wanted a Palm Beach vibe with a bit of mid-century modern thrown in. We accommodated by mixing punches of color with restful hues. This irresistible Airbnb is now restful, playful and durable.
