A Portfolio of Uniquely Personal Homes
This stately home is situated on the intracoastal Waterway in Wilmington, NC. The client's wanted a serene, calming space that emphasized the homes panoramic views. We delivered. Watery colors flow throughout the home, from the misty dining room palette to the cool blues of the primary bathroom. We updated floors, reimagined the kitchen, overhauled the primary bath and transformed this home to a classic coastal dream home.

Originally from the Jersey Shore, this couple envisioned a coastal Carolina retreat where children and grandchildren could gather for years to come. We designed their new home from the ground up, blending relaxed coastal style with color, warmth, and thoughtful details to create a home centered around family.

Ready for a slower pace of life on the coast, this couple chose to build a new home overlooking the marina. In collaboration with PBC Design + Build, we designed the home from the ground up, guiding every detail from exterior selections and finishes to lighting, wallpaper, and furnishings to produce a relaxed and inviting coastal retreat.

After living in their idyllic neighborhood for 20 years, this couple chose to renovate their dated home’s entire first floor rather than leave their dear friends. We drafted an entirely new floor plan, moved the kitchen to the opposite side of the home, created open flow throughout the common areas, added a bathroom, furnished the home, and much more. It’s now a place where they love to relax and enjoy good company.
